13 nights from 1/9 - 14/9 @ £795/week or £1250 for the period
From 22/9 @ £715/week or £1350 for 2 weeks

  13 people staying in the villas for 2 weeks in High Season pay about £30pppn, which includes your own flight costs - total luxury for less than a package holiday! 

Book soon for 2014 and deduct 10%

• HM Forces, Emergency Services and Groups of up to 8 can stay outside the High Season at the reduced price
• Welcome Packs with short term essentials are provided free of charge 
• The rental rates are for the whole villa with up to 8 or 13 people and include all charges - we provide Towels, Linens, a Welcome Pack, Weekly Cleaning, Electricity, Water and Gas
• We can arrange weekly rental for a car from £140 and a mini-bus from £350 and also return transfers from Dalaman Airport by car at £85 and minibus at £120
• To book return a Booking Form with a 25% deposit and then pay the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer or use the PayPal portal below to pay by Credit Card
• A security deposit of £150 is repaid 7 days after your return
• The rental start day and arrival and departure times are flexible and depend only upon other bookings and you can stay for any number of days
• A weekly clean is included with fresh bed linen and towels
• Our managing agent can provide any assistance and also arrange tours and excursions
• Both villas have a mobile 'phone and wi-fi internet and are 2km from Uzumlu Village and 3km apart, this allows both villas to be used for large parties at attractive rates
